GMT Partners is a Milan based independent Mergers and Acquisitions advisory firm specialising in the realisation of cross-border transactions, supporting clients across the preparation, implementation, negotiation and closing of transactions. We boast a multidisciplinary background, developed in the areas of international accounting, corporate finance, management consulting and sales management.

Our assistance is directed at small and medium sized companies with a turnover between 8 and €250m and with a “sweet spot” of €30/80m.

Our Italian Clients are normally owner managed businesses, while Foreign Clients are PEs and international companies.

We benefit from a wide network of professionals and industry advisors who have competences on specific sectors and markets.
