Pandea Global M&A welcomes two new member firms to their global network: Equilor Corporate Advisory (Hungary) and Spire (Israel).
Based in Budapest, Equilor Corporate Advisory provides comprehensive advisory services in M&A transactions, corporate strategy development, public and private corporate bond and share issuances, and other capital market transactions based on a thorough understanding of the regulatory environment and market conditions. Equilor has strong expertise in the energy, logistics and technology sectors and has advised on numerous high-profile deals, including the acquisition of Budapest Airport by VINCI Airports, a subsidiary of VINCI Concessions, and Corvinus, an investment fund fully owned and managed by the Hungarian State.
Ágnes Svoób, CEO of Equilor Corporate Advisory, said on joining: “Through this new partnership, Equilor aims to expand its cross-border transactions and achieve successful collaboration across Central and Eastern Europe. Moreover, our team looks forward to connecting and working with the professionals within the network’s reach.”
Spire is a growth and M&A advisor for small-to-medium technology companies in Israel. The firm has extensive experience working with start-ups, and its founders have over 50 years of experience and have advised on over 30 deals with a combined value of over $1 billion.
Ilan Atias, Managing Partner of Spire, said: “We are excited to join the Pandea global M&A network, enhancing our ability to connect Israeli technology companies with potential buyers worldwide. This partnership strengthens our position as a bridge between Israel’s innovative tech ecosystem and international markets. Through Pandea’s extensive network, we can better serve both Israeli startups seeking global opportunities and international companies looking to tap into Israel’s rich technology landscape. This collaboration aligns perfectly with our mission to facilitate successful M&A transactions for small and medium-sized technology companies”.
These appointments bring Pandea’s reach to 34 countries, represented by over 360 deal-making professionals who have completed a combined 2,500 transactions worth €30 billion.
By joining the international network of independent M&A advisory firms, Pandea members benefit from access to a larger pool of international acquisition targets, local market expertise, and overseas buyer pools. They can also attend an annual group conference hosted by a different member firm each year, with the next one scheduled for April 2025 in Dubai, enter the Pandea Dealmakers Awards, and increase their marketing presence through the Pandea website and its social media channels.
