Pandea Global M&A – the international corporate finance advisor network established by Dow Schofield Watts – is launching its inaugural M&A Dealmakers Awards at its Rotterdam 2023 conference in May.
Looking to recognise and celebrate the outstanding achievements of its network, the awards have six categories, including; Buy-Side M&A Deal of the Year, Sell-Side M&A Deal of the Year, Private Equity/Venture Capital Deal of the Year, Cross-Border Deal of the Year, Team of the Year and Dealmaker of the Year.
Award nominations are for the 12-month period to 31 March 2023, with voting being held live on the day of the Pandea M&A Dealmaker Awards on 25 May at Postillion Hotel & Convention Centre in Rotterdam.
Established in 2017, Pandea has coverage in 33 countries, making it the eighth-largest international M&A advisor network. Member firms have completed over 2,500 deals with a combined value of over €30 billion.
Callum Sellar, a Director with DSW Corporate Finance, says, “In a relatively short time, Pandea has become one of the biggest networks worldwide. Members have enabled a host of international mergers and acquisitions and deserve recognition for making their clients’ aspirations a reality.
“We’re looking for why the transactions were significant and stand out, together with understanding the complexities of the deal and how they were overcome. Innovation is also a key award criterion, and we’re also keen to hear about the economic impact the nominated deal had on the Pandea member’s region or territory.
“Over a third of all deals now take place across borders. Pandea brings together experienced advisors worldwide, enabling mid-market companies to tap into a global resource. We look forward to celebrating the network with the inaugural M&A Dealmakers Awards.”
