Based in Brazil and led by the founder Rafaella Padilha, Pacta Partners is a boutique M&A advisory firm headquartered in Curitiba, with an international presence through its office in Barcelona.
With a multidisciplinary team and hands-on approach, Pacta brings deep expertise in complex transactions and strong access to both strategic and financial investors in Brazil and Latin America.
