Pandea has held its ninth international conference, and the first in-person since borders reopened post-Covid, this October in Madrid. The event was kindly hosted by Spanish member firm, PKF Attest.

47 corporate finance professionals from member firms around the world gathered to discuss cross-border M&A opportunities and global market trends, in addition, to best practice sharing with regards to the running of a Corporate Finance business.

2022 has seen Pandea grow its coverage to 28 countries. Since we last met in person pre-Covid, 12 member firms have joined the network, with an additional 5 firms set to join before the end of the year.

Callum Sellar of UK-founding member Dow Schofield Watts said “the Pandea network continues to grow and we are seeing a lot of engagement between member firms which enables them to provide an outstanding service to their domestic clients as a result of enhanced international access”.

Pandea is a global network of selected independent firms with a primary focus on creating and executing cross-border M&A transactions to add significant value to its members’ clients such as providing enhanced and cohesive access to a larger pool of international acquisition targets, local market expertise and overseas buyer pools.

Member firms of Pandea completed 215 transactions completed in 2021 with a combined value of over €3.9 billion.
