Pandea Global M&A member firms The Camlee Group in the United Kingdom and Sancovia Corporate Finance in Germany have successfully collaborated on a cross-border deal to sell Clearway Drainage Systems Limited, a UK-based drainage specialist, to Kanalservice Gruppe (KSG).
The Camlee Group, with James Allmand-Smith as lead advisor, supported the shareholders of Clearway, a Manchester-based specialist in premier drainage and wastewater solutions.
Julian Lewis, of Sancovia Corporate Finance, a valued Pandea Global member firm in Germany, supported the process, underscoring the strength and depth of cooperation within the network.
Clearway, renowned for its comprehensive range of services, from blocked drain clearance to liquid waste disposal and full site surveys, will now join the Kanalservice Gruppe platform. This strategic acquisition enhances KSG’s position as a leading pan-European provider of drainage, sewer maintenance, and industrial cleaning services.
