The city of Copenhagen played host to the 2024 Pandea Global M&A Conference, attracting over 60 delegates from key financial hubs worldwide. Among the attendees were representatives from Europe, North America, Africa, China, Japan and Singapore, reflecting the network’s global reach.

The conference spotlighted significant M&A trends, in particular the role of AI and digital transformation. Attendees gained valuable insights into how the Pandea Global M&A network continues to excel in securing new opportunities and discussed strategies for expanding its global footprint.

The highlight of the first day was the M&A Dealmakers Awards, now in their second year. The Awards recognise the outstanding achievements within the Pandea network with voting for the seven categories held live.

The deals and winners were:

  • Buy-Side Domestic M&A Deal of the Year – Four acquisitions for Credo Partners backed Koble (Denmark) – Copenhagen Corporate Finance
  • Sell-Side Domestic M&A Deal of the Year – Sale of J/E Bearing & Machine Ltd (Canada) to Dumur Industries – AIM Group Canada Ltd
  • Buy-Side Cross-Border M&A Deal of the Year – ADDvise Group (Sweden) acquisition of Labplan (Ireland) – Mangold (Sweden)
  • Sell-Side Cross-Border M&A Deal of the Year – Sale of Impacks (Latvia) to Tikedo (Italy) – Auctus Capital (Latvia) and GMT Partners (Italy)
  • Private Equity Deal of the Year – Waterland investment in Cumbria Waste Management (UK) – Dow Schofield Watts Corporate Finance (UK)
  • Team of the YearAttest Corporate (Spain)
  • Dealmaker of the YearJaime Rodriguez from Attest Corporate (Spain)

Established in 2017, Pandea now has coverage in over 30 countries, making it the eighth largest international M&A advisor network. Member firms have completed over 2,500 deals with a combined value of over €30 billion to date.
